In these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy references to “we”, “us” and “our” are to Koinonia House.  References to “our Website” or “the Website” are to tv.khouse.org.

Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of Koinonia House, its employees or agents.


All intellectual property of Koinonia House such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Koinonia House.

The copyright of all video on this website, unless otherwise stated, is owned by Koinonia House.

By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Koinonia House and Lyonshead Development Corporation Limited and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial or non-comercial purpose any material contained within the Website unless you have prior written permission from Koinonia House. PDF Study notes, if available, may be downloaded and printed for your personal use.
